To Avoid Disappointment

Ensure your order is placed with us 48 hours prior to your function.

Opening Hours

Catering available Monday to Friday from 7:45 am-6:00 pm and Saturday until 12:00 noon & as of 1st of April 2017 we are open Saturday evenings 6pm-8pm**.  
Please note Saturday evening deliveries are $50 each & we only deliver within a 10km radius, however you are more than welcome to collect your order from our premises & avoid paying a delivery fee.  A Saturday Evening Surcharge of $150 applies to all orders. **Excludes Public Holidays & Christmas Closure.
Please note we are closed on Sundays*, Public Holidays* & for approximately two weeks over the Christmas/New Year period.
*We are flexible with regards to opening to provide catering on Sundays &/or Public Holidays but note these days incur staff loading and higher delivery rates.  Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require catering during these periods.

Payment Terms (7 Days) for Approved Account Holders

For your convenience the following payment options are accepted:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Company cheque
  • VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit Card Facilities:
    • American Express Credit Card incurs a 2.80% fee
    • VISA and MasterCard Credit Cards incur a 1.00% fee
  • Direct Credit
  • For Non Account Holders & Interstate customers payment is required in full prior to delivery or at time of delivery if arranged.

Confirmation

Final numbers for catering are required 2:00 pm the day before delivery.

Cancellations

Required prior to 4:00 pm the day before delivery.
For orders over 100 people a 10% fee will be charged if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Last Minute Orders

Our staff are on hand to meet your requirements and as a result we will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. Certain menu items do require 36 hours notice.

Deliveries (amended 1st of August 2016)

Normal flat rate delivery charges Monday to Friday between 9:00am & 6:00pm within a 10km radius of our premises are charged at $15.00 (as of 1st of August 2016) inclusive of GST.
Delivery charges Monday to Friday between 9:00am & 6:00pm outside 10km but within a 20km radius of our premises are capped at $20.00 for food orders over $200.00 (as of 1st of August 2016) inclusive of GST.
Please request a quote on all Saturday deliveries or deliveries outside a 10km radius as these are charged at priority rates.
All deliveries before 9:00 am are contracted to external couriers and charged at priority rates.
Please be advised a minimum total order of $100 is required to have hot food delivered.

Early Morning Deliveries

All deliveries before 9:00 am are contracted to external couriers and charged at external priority rates.
Please request a quote on all early morning deliveries when ordering breakfasts.
Normal flat rate delivery charges apply after 9:00 am.

Return of Plastic Platters, Oven Trays & Crates / Broken or Lost Equipment

Plastic platters, oven trays & crates need to be returned to Platters Plus Catering Pty Ltd

If you collected your catering order or we delivered to you outside a 10km radius of our premises, we ask that you please return the above items to us within a week following your collection or delivery to avoid being charged a non return fee per item.  Please note that if any items are missing or damaged upon your return you will be charged a replacement fee per item.

If we delivered to you and you are within a 10km radius of our premises, please contact us to advise a time that is convenient for us to return to collect the above items.  We do a platter collection on a Monday, please note that if any items are missing or damaged you will be charged a replacement fee per item.

Replacement Fees as at June 2015; Plastic Platters $3.00 each, Oven Trays $10.00 each, Crates $15.00 each.
